DEVELOPMENT
In the Hearth of Riviera Maya…, 4 kilometres north of Playa del Carmen beach, you will find Xcalacoco, a beach on the Mexican Caribbean which hosts our latest project. Thirty seven villas and 228 luxury apartments with all the services of a hotel, including renting. You will also find numerous swimming pools, an ecological park with a natural lake, a tennis court, a spa and a beach club with snack-bar located in the area that leads to the sea. The resort, with large open spaces, is free of vehicle transit.

TYPES OF PROPERTY
Many property models, depending on the area and orientation:
- 2 bedroom ground floor apartments with garden and first or second floor apartments with solarium.
- 3 bedroom ground floor apartments with garden and first or second floor apartments with solarium.
- 2 and 3 bedroom villas with garden and swimming pool.
 

FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
We hand over your property fully furnished and equipped. If you opt for the Holiday Owner Club package (you use your apartment for 60 days and earn money from letting your property the rest of the year) you will get the Equipment Plus package: plasma TV set, mini-bars, safety box, telephones, etc. in all of the rooms. Also the hotel management of the resort will look after the maintenance of the furnishings. You home ready to live in from the first day! Feel free to request a copy of the furnishings and equipment for each property.
 

BEACHES
Facing the complex you will find Xcalacoco, a beautiful Caribbean beach with white sands and emerald waters. Enjoy exclusively a sea for the practice of all types of water sports, especially scuba diving. At 200 metres you will find the second most extensive coral reef in the world. “Xcalacoco” is a Mayan word meaning twin coconuts. The word “coco” (coconut) is a gift from the Mayan civilisation to the other languages of the world.
 

AMENITIES
In the resort: 2 restaurants, various specialised bars, a spa and fitness club with sauna and 16 massage rooms, swimming pools, tennis court and a beach club with a snack bar. Additionally, there are maintenance services, security, transport from the parking area to your property, etc. Next to the resort you will find the Moxhe golf course and the Mayacoba Golf, where many of the tournaments of the American Tour take place. Playa del Carmen includes all kinds of amenities: luxurious hotels, shopping centres, international cuisine, cultural activities, etc.
